Issue: When attempting to download Query or Watch results, Catapult appears to hang up (the wheel keeps spinning) and you are unable to download the results. Either the download screen never appears or the results never download after selecting download.
| Potential Cause # 1: If you are using Internet Exlporer 8 you need to be in Compatibility Mode. | ||
| Description | The new Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8) reads the latest html 5 language. However, not all of Catapult has been upgraded to this language yet. | |
| Resolution | In the interim, you just need to run your IE 8 in Compatibility Mode. On your Internet Explorer toolbar, click on the Compatibility Mode icon (see screenshot below) and it should work. | |

| Description | The Internet Explorer Security Settings on your computer may require that you manually make Catapult a safe site to download from. | |
| Resolution | From your Internet Explorer browser, choose "Tools" > "Internet Options". Next, select the "Privacy" tab and click on "Sites". Enter catapult.edadata.com and click on "Allow". | |
| Note: If you cannot add catapult.edadata.com to your sites, then you may need your IT team to make a global adjustment to your firewall settings. | ||
