Bullet On your computer, find the DBF file you have downloaded from Catapult, then right click on your mouse once
Bullet A dialog box should appear, from the list of options choose Open With
Bullet Select Choose Program and find the Microsoft Office Excel in the list
Bullet Finally, click in the checkbox that reads "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file. Now your computer is trained to automatically use Excel to view a DBF

Option II

Bullet Open your Excel program, click on File, Open
Bullet Look in folder where you saved the file
Bullet At the bottom of that screen where it asks Files of Type, select dBase Files (.dbf) or All Files. Highlight your file and click on Open
