Tap Into Aftermarket Potential With ServiceWATCH

Breaking through to increased aftermarket sales is easy with ServiceWATCH in Catapult.  Use ServiceWATCH to create customizable alerts to notify you of potential warranty expirations, recent used equipment finances, and equipment nearing a timeframe for regular maintenance or parts replacement.  Build your watch by choosing the type of equipment you want to monitor and the timeframe – by either upload date or UCC date.  For instance, you can build a Warranty Watch by choosing new equipment with a status Sale or Lease and a 10 month time frame since the UCC date.  You’ll be alerted to all equipment nearing a potential one year warranty expiration.
